Laboratory Testing

One of our primary services that we offer is our laboratory water testing services. You can view or download our complete lab testing services list here (Requires Adobe Acrobat). Once most tests are complete, we then create the lab report which will include a variety of information, including recommendations for treatment required or service if needed. This is what separates us from most others. We are able to provide comprehensive testing, along with recommendations for all types of water problems and deliver it in a 5-page report outlining everything with the “packaged” tests that are done by us. Equipment Servicing

Water Specialties Group, Inc. has a highly trained and experienced service staff with over 30 years of field service experience.  We have over 60 years of service engineering experience.  Our service department has factory trained service people handling water softeners, drinking water systems, all types of filtration, chemical feed systems, large R/O systems, commercial and industrial systems, and the most experienced ozone staff in the country.  We provide service on all makes and models of equipment and find there is no water treatment equipment problem we can't handle.

Maintenance Programs

Water Specialties Group provides a number of regular maintenance programs for all water treatment equipment and all your water needs.  The following are our maintenance programs:

1.   Drinking Systems Maintenance  -  Your options are to have an annual reminder notice with an order form to remind you when filter changes are due.  OR, we come to your home or business annually to change necessary filters, sanitize your equipment, and ensure the system is performing properly.

2.   Annual System Maintenance  -  We visit on an annual basis to perform a comprehensive testing and evaluation of our system.  Change and clean all necessary parts.

3.   High System Maintenance  -  Our service technician comes on a semi-annual or quarterly basis, perform all the services of an annual basis, and includes a more in-depth analysis of our system's performance.

4.   Monthly Delivery Checks  -  We come on a monthly basis, deliver any product you need.  We give the system a quick check-over and water test.  Add or mix an product necessary for your system.  We also perform our regular annual maintenance.

Supply Delivery

Water Specialties Group, Inc. provides product delivery.  We deliver water softener salt, potassium chloride, Aqua Mag, hydrogen peroxide, calcium hypochlorite (chlorine), chlorine pellets, potassium hydroxide, all Iron Out products, drinking water filters, resin cleaners, baking soda, soda ash, and Res-Up. 

Drop-off Service  --  Products are delivered to your door. 

Home Delivery --  Products are delivered into your home and brought directly to your equipment area.

Monthly Delivery Service  --  On a regular, monthly basis, we deliver any product you need.  We give the system a quick check over and water test.  Add or mix any product necessary for your system.  We also perform our regular annual maintenance.
