As you have probably already seen on some of our other
pages, we specialize in difficult applications. As a result, we have
developed, field tested and manufacture or distribute several products
that help with these applications. We also continue research and
development for new products that enter the market that may help with
difficult applications or improve on the products that we already
have.

Magnum
AcceleratorsTM
The earliest product that we developed and manufacture
is our Magnum Accelerators. These in-line static mixers has totally
revolutionized the chemical feed portion or our industry. These mixers
will enhance ANY type of chemical feed, including air
injection. The Magnum Accelerator mixes the chemicals in several
stages to insure proper mixing while only using energy from the water
flow. It also allows for the gases (oxygen) already in solution to
help during the process. When water passes through the Magnum, it
becomes extremely VIOLENT as it passes through the
chamber, allowing the chemicals to become thoroughly mixed with the
water.
As a result, one of the benefits obtained is the
reduction or elimination of a contact tank. This SAVES
on COST and SPACE. Here is a picture
of our basic product line. The mixers shown have a flow range of 2 to
100 gallons per minute. We can also custom build a mixer to meet any
requirement including multiple injections, high temperature, high
pressure, special materials needed or flow rates requiring diameters
sizes up to 12 inches.
